Uncle Chris

PLEASE PRAY FOR OUR UNCLE CHRIS AS HE IS IN IRAQ! Chris left for Iraq in February and hopes to return home in September.

What's new

Autumn is rolling on her side and almost rolling over. It won't be long. She spits up ALOT, poops through every outfit and drools constantly. If we saw a tooth any day now it would not surprise us. She squeals with laughter when spoken too. She loves to watch Carsyn play. We just got the exasaucer out today so she can be upright and see everything since she is very nosy these days. She gets upset if you lay her down because she cannot see anyone and know what is going on. She is starting to grab things. Carsyn is always wearing hats or putting just about anything on her head to be a hat. In this picture her bathing suit bottoms are acting as her hat. She loves to dress up. She just learned some of the words to Jesus Loves Me. Nothing is sweeter than hearing a 2 year old sing about Jesus' love. She can open and close doors now. That can be convenient at times and scary at times. Last night I left the house to go to the neighbors and David said Carsyn unlocked the dead bolt and walked outside to follow me. Gotta keep an eye on that kid!

Visit from Granpa & Grandma

What could be better than "rolling" down the hill on a beautiful sunny day with your daddy and your grandpa?! Looks like Carsyn is the leader of this pack...

My goodness grandpa spent hours upon hours playing with Carsyn. Here she is covering him up with Autumn's burp clothes which she uses as blankets. He is pretending to be asleep. She covered him up then left the room and closed the door while saying "night night bpa". Carsyn is pushing "Lamby" in the swing at the park. Lamby is Carsyn's best friend. He/she (we are not sure what gender lamby is) goes everywhere with. Whatever Carsyn does lamby must also do. Carsyn loves to be outside. She enjoyed playing with Aunt Debbie at te park.

The dogwoods at the park are in full bloom so we could not resist getting a picture of the girls with grandma and grandpa in front of one of the trees at the park.

Visit from Grandpa & Grandma

Although you cannot tell, David is holding Autumn and she just slide down the slide with him. Carsyn was amused to see her baby slide with daddy.
Autumn, Carsyn and mommy on the slide at the park while grandma and grandpa were in town.

Autumn loved swinging at the park. She's a little to small for this swing but we did not want her to feel left out since she saw how much fun Carsyn was having in her swing.

Autumn enjoyed the visit from grandpa and grandma Blanton this past week. She was as happy as usual and did not mind the extra attention one bit :) Grandma even said she thought Autumn had grown in the week they were here.

Lil' Baker

Carsyn loves to help mommy make dinner each night but she's just discovered that baking is more fun than cooking since there's yummy batter to lick at the end.

Saturday. March 17th

Carsyn came into our bedroom this morning with her snow hat on telling us she was
ready to eat. She is always ready to eat and is always dressing up. She went with her dad to get an oil change for the car and to home depot.
Mommy stayed home to clean. Autumn napped. We are going to Carsyn's friend, Emma's,
house tonight for dinner and to watch the basketball games.
